The JSB Development team has an extensive range of real-estate experience (from initial design through land sales), working on a number of projects (both large and small) within and outside of the Santa Clarita Valley over the last 20 years.  Aside from JSB Development projects, the JSB Development team has been involved in the permitting and development of numerous large-scale projects.  A partial list of JSB Development projects and other projects where JSB team members have played a key role are listed below.

PROJECT-WORK SUMMARY

Vista Canyon – Santa Clarita

Property acquisition, project design, specific plan,  entitlements and permitting for the 185-acre site permitting development consisting of up to 1,100 residential units, approximately 950,000 square feet of commercial floor area, a new Metrolink Station and Bus Transfer Station, Water Reclamation Plant and over 21 acres of recreational amenities including a ten-acre neighborhood park (Oak Park).

Tourney Place – Santa Clarita

Completion of entitlements, permitting and development of a 165,000 square foot, six-building office campus.

RiverCourt – Santa Clarita

Completion of entitlements and development of a 122,000 square foot, seven building, business park campus.

VTC Square – Santa Clarita

Completion of entitlements for the development of a 56,000 square foot, mixed use project within the Valencia Town Center.

Centre Pointe Business Park – Santa Clarita

Revised the land plan and oversaw development for over 3 million square feet of light industrial/office/commercial floor area

Valencia Commerce Center

Work included entitlements, permitting, design guidelines, land plan and land sales associated with the development of the 12 million square foot Valencia Commerce Center.

Valencia Town Center
(Jim Backer)

Work included creation of the land plan, design guidelines, entitlements and land sales for the highly successful, 3 million square foot regional mall and town center.

Southport Business Park – West Sacramento
(Jim Backer)

Directed land development, design and construction of a 9 million square foot business park, including the creation of a Community Facilities District.

River Village – Santa Clarita
(Glenn Adamick)

Led successful entitlement and permitting efforts for this 700-acre, 1,100 unit residential community within the Valencia Master Plan.

West Creek – Santa Clarita
(Glenn Adamick)

Work included securing entitlements and permits for this 2,500 unit, residential and commercial community within the Valencia Master Plan.

Soledad Village – Santa Clarita
(Glenn Adamick)

Led entitlement and permitting efforts for the mixed-use, transit-oriented development on 30 acres adjacent to the Santa Clarita Metrolink Station.  The project consisted of 407 residential units and approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial floor area.
